 Lowrance Side Scan issue

I have a HdS Live unit and the 3-1 transducer side scan stopped working. 2 D works, gps map works. Down scan and side scan are just black. It started to work briefly but then quit again. Batter has 12.4 volts

12.4 volts is low. It should be at least 12.8.

Have you tried switching channels on transducer cable? I bought a new HDS 12 last year and channel 2 did not work out of the box. Side scan won't work on channel 1 but down will.
