The last week of the Old Year and the first few days of the New Year have yielded the same results for "Eaters" on Richland Chambers! The Lake just keeps putting out Limits or Ice Chests full of Eater Size Blue and Channel Cats! My first trip of the New Year was yesterday (January 2nd) with a Dad and four Sons ages 10 to 16 years and they hammered the Cats on a chilly but productive morning on the Lake. The bite was slow and light to begin with around 8AM but by 9:30AM it had changed to an aggressive bite coming on Mr. Whiskers Cheese (Blood) Punch Bait fished on or near the bottom on a # 4 Treble Hook. We avoided the long, cold boat ride up to the timber on the Richland Arm and fished windblown Shoreline areas near Fisherman's Point Marina. All our fish were caught in 20'-25' FOW. Nicely done by you and your customers! Have you been trying up shallow at all in the past weeks with the warmer weather?

On some of the warmer days a couple of weeks ago, we were in 10'-15' FOW in timbered areas and catching almost all our fish.
