DISCLAIMER: This has NOTHING to do with Sunfish! So sue me!  It is that time of year when I begin my annual freezer filling trips. I just returned from a friend's place near Seymour TX. It was a good weekend. Both of these pretty ladies came home with me. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/KlWxC5C.png) ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/M9KT7YG.png) Both were good mature does that weighed around 130 on the hoof. They are on ice in coolers and tomorrow I will begin the honorable task of turning them into high quality natural protein for me and Mrs. Chief. Another year of not having to buy over-priced chemical laden meat in the store. Tenderloin for supper tomorrow. Peace. All is well in the world.
