Roof leak from a bathroom vent install. Came out once to look, said heโd send one of his guys over. Never happened, called twice more, same answer. Been more than a month, have water currently on the floor.

Depends . On what job was preformed.. the answer is in the details.
After seeing your above post. I would have already called another company and billed it back to orginal contractors.

I don't have much patience with any poor work. THF/TFF wouldn't have anything to do with it other than a threat of embarrassing reviews published on the respective board(s).
Also there is the other side of the story ... the contractor's side.

Problem first identified and reported on 11/05, no contact since 11/18. Plenty of time. My roofer (THF guy) is coming this week to fix it. I can count on him!
