Very sorry for your loss. Putting a animal down is one of the hardest things to go through. I've been a part of many and it never gets easier. Actually it gets harder for me. This is one of the reasons I don't want any more animals. I still have dreams about my buddy that I took to the vet in the spring of 2019 and she said it was time. I couldn't talk to my wife because I was so tore up. I could only text through the tears.

Danny, i’m so sorry to hear about Oskar. He was one epic dog that’s for sure. I think he’s
happy now and glad to reunite with your good dog Sam. They both had a pretty dang good owner while they were here.

It's been just over 2 years since I lost my last dog, Oreo...and I keep checking the door going from the kitchen to the garage to make certain it's closed so the dogs don't get out. It just never seems to get easier. I'm really sorry, Danny. Oskar was a lucky dog.
