 Not a bad start to the season

Decided to join a series with that fishes 7 lakes across the state where you have to pay up front. I like this because there’s no cherry picking or “local” advantage. My son and I managed to start out with a win so the pressure is on now! Some real good dudes fishing this series so the bragging rights of me and my “toddler” beating them is a real confidence boost. Is this the 2nd time you’ve posted about your finish at this derby? I swear I already read about this. Either way, congrats, that must be fun fishing team events with your son lol. Hey man, let me live it up while I can. I’ll be back to reality with a 50th place finish next month.

Can't be too many better feelings than winning a bass tournament with your son. That's awesome man!!! Congrats to the both of you. Looks like your son catches bigger bass than you!!!
