Scratching my head on this one. Water pressure has dropped in my shower. No other sinks or faucets are affected, just the one shower. My first thought was corrosion build up in the shower head, but when I removed the shower head there is still a very low flow coming out of the pipe.

If there is a shutoff valve for this shower line, then I don't know where it is. House built in 2016 with PEX water lines, if that makes a difference.

Any clues to what is going on here, and how to fix?

Mixing valve blockage?

Cut with her golden oars the silver stream,
And greedily devour the treacherous bait.

Is this a standard part? Can I walk into a box store and buy one, or do I need to pull it first and match what is in there?

If its Delta or Moen, they will mail you a free cartridge. Not sure if that's worth the hassle, but the last cartridge I installed was about $32.
