 Finally got some good news at the cardo yesterday

And the main thing, I'm back in sinus rythym. So the catheter ablation, no drinking, and weight loss seem to be doing their thing. I've had in my mind to do a solo overnighter at PINS but have been reluctant because of the elevated threat my heart was presenting. I'm feeling much better about it now.
