I’m looking for ideas a Lightweight Packable Rain-suit for fishing in East Texas summers that will keep you dry from the rain but you won’t be soaked from sweating. Huk had a suit that was really great but they quit making them. It was perfect for summers and it even worked good for wind in the winter. It was packable inside itself so no bags to keep up with.

Frogg Toggs are awesome and they have a whole lineup to choose from. Packable and breathable.

If you're not into a particular style. Shop Army surplus. Expect to pay up for the good stuff.

Definitely Frogg Toggs! Academy carries them for like 20-something dollars last I got some. They are super thin and hold up well. They pack away in a very small package. I wear them all the time on my yak (easier to move around in than the heavier, pricey suits). Even caught my PB wearing them in a February drizzle.

I bought a packable rain suit many years ago from Cabelas. It came in a mesh pouch and you could buy the pieces separately. I carry these when I'm going as a co-angler. They are decent enough to keep the rain off in an emergency.
