Ticker symbol JOUT. If you look at a five year chart they ain't exactly tearing it up either. Look at it on yahoo finance and read the latest earnings reports.

I didn't see anywhere where they breakdown fins for their different business units. They've certainly experienced some challenges but looking at their latest release they still have decent cash flow, and still have a dividend....might be ripe for acquisition, but nothing indicates they're "in trouble" in terms of going out of business.

Probably need to trim some bloated CEO and Senior Executive compensation packages.
Oh wait, I forgot!
They'd probably rather go out of business before doing something like that.

It's probably not just them but the leisure sector as a whole. They are in that category where when people are forced to cut corners.........

Carmine fishing business is the smallest of their divisions. So small that they are not even mentioned in their 1 and 3 years perspectives. They are only mentions in the five year but seldom have numbers attached.
Retirement best job ever.

One point guy made was people weren’t moving over to birds from gar/low but more moving other way. Garmen is best for ffs but I’m sure some like Lowrance. It’s just a brand preference for most of what they have confidence in.

Lowrance is doing mark downs and recreated the Eagle brand and I've also seen some deals on Garmin equipment. That tells me business is slow for everyone of them.

Garmin supposedly has a new LVS coming. You always see markdowns before the brands release new models. Been that way for years.

I've seen the model change discounts before but some of these have been around a while.
