I got the Milwaukee 18V and love it. I also have the Viair and don't use it anymore because you have to pop the hood and hook it up to the battery. While the Milwaukee is larger, it's just so simple to pop a battery in, weighs about 5 lbs and it's pretty fast. This for the Milwaukee. Got tired of the plug ins getting hot/popping fuzes. It's big but it's good.

I have one you can plug into a cigarette lighter type outlet in the truck. Same here. Or I can use AC. I use it all the time to keep the vehicle and boat trailer tires properly inflated.

This has saved me a couple times now. It has a jumper, alternator tester, battery tester, LED lights, usb charger, and air pump. Kinda bulky though. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2024/12/full-37977-251945-img_1620.jpeg)

I keep a Ryobi 18 V inflator and impact in the truck's toolbox with a set of deep well and standard impact sockets. I have the same setup... I got a 1/2" impact, the thing is a beast.... I swap out the battery 1st of every month to make sure I am not left in the lurch.. I also bought a heavy duty scissor jack that I can operate with the impact driver... I am too old and crickety to be messing with manual stuff on the side of the road. Those lithium batteries hold a charge for months and months. I keep two batteries in the toolbox; I check them every six or eight months. They've always been well over 3/4 charged. I've aired up all four tires on the RV to 60psi and not used 1/4 charge. I used the impact to change a flat on the daughter's car on the side of the freeway and hardly used any charge at all. My buddy aired up the rear tire on his big Kubota tractor with my Ryobi. It took a while, but he still had plenty of battery left. He got one right after that. Love my Ryobi inflator. Bought my son one for Christmas. And I just bought a Ryobi 3AH high performance battery for $22 to add to my collection.
