I’ve been hearing stories about coffee consumption since I can remember. One day a “study” says it’s good for you, then the next day a cup a day can kill you or cause impotency or other deadly maladies. Follow the science.

I have a Yeti tumbler that is perfect for my small coffee pot. I drink one of those size cups every morning. I don't know if it's good for me or not. But I don't really care, I like my coffee!

Trying to figure out if coffee is good for you based on studies is about the same as trying to determine if eggs are good or bad for you. Egg studies seem to change every couple of years.
