It was a very busy November guiding clients on Cedar Creek. It's been awhile since my last post but that's because it's been an incredible month of catching Trophy Class Hybrids along with some Magnum sized whitebass up to 3lbs. We have been fishing in 66-69 degree water temps in 10-18 ft off ledges and drop offs throughout the entire lake. We have had fish up to 9.3 lbs and several in the 5-8lb range. The colder temps we are experiencing these past few days into December will start to drive water temps down into the low 60's quickly. The Hybrids will and may have already head to deep water and suspend in 22-28 ft throughout the lake and particularly in the creek channels. These fish will slow down their movements and gain girth and weight. This is the opportunity to catch a Hybrid of a lifetime as they fatten up throughout the colder months.

Cedar Creek does not have stripers. Only hybrids.
