I only half@ss have a dog in this fight... Texas dominated. They are simply a better team at present. To go into that atmosphere against a good team and dominate on both sides of the ball was impressive. To make so many silly errors and keep your cool and get the W... impressive IMOP.

A&M ain't got the athletes, plain and simple, and they do not have the depth. Elko is a good coach, but, he'd better be a helluva recruiter and have a fine OC. .. if not he'll be at South Florida or Louisiana Lafayette in 3 years....

I'm not sold on Sark as a big time coach, at least to the extent the media seems to make him out to be. A huge game and receivers running the wrong routes... unblocked free rushers... using Manning as a pure rusher with, apparently, no passing options, etc etc. He's a good coach, a great recruiter, and he handles the ut politics really well, but, jury is way out on him being a big time championship caliber coach. He may turn into one, he's certainly earned the shot.

Ewers is a good QB and he's got guts. However, man, he sure doesn't look like a 1st rounder, much less the top 10/Heiaman candidate both ut and the media were making him out to be. He'd better have his best stuff to beat GA in ATL. If he doesn't Sark better have the guts to pull him as Manning is special IMOP.

Manning has speed, real speed, he's a better passer, throws a much better deep ball, zips it into tight windows, has the guts to turn it loose into those tight windows under intense pressure, etc. He's special...
