Don’t know if you can smoke it in that, but CHEESE. Smoked cheese is the best.

It is a cooking vessel. Anything you can cook inside can be cooked out there. Your fuel will determine whether the food has a smoked flavor—smoke chicken, duck, turkey, etc. Make your own bacon. cook/smoke ingredients for other dishes. Chicken and dumplings, chicken tortilla soup, chicken soup all can be made with smoked meat. The only limitation is you.

One of my favorite accessories is the chicken leg holder. I also have some wire baskets that I can stack to make jerky.

Way to big log to put in at one time. When it catches far your temps will skyrocket. Throttle down the vent to control temp and you will get that nasty white smoke due to to incomplete combustion. That produces creosote which produces that nasty oversmoked bitter taste to the meat!
