I was stationed at Fort Bliss, TX for a short time after my basic training. Me and a couple of buddies would lose our minds and cross into Juarez Mexico on the weekends and eat Tacos. We found a very small resturant that actually made a great taco and yes the meat was beef or goat. The corn tortillas were fried in cast iron skillets and while hot were bent into the shape for the taco. The kitchen was visible from the bar counter or the three of four tables available in the resturant. Not sure I am brave enough today to try the tacos much less cross into Juarez, but hey,
I've done dumber things in my life.

I sense you have had a many differences of opinion with Wawi.

I can’t wait for you to get a load of me.

You have 2 years of OT experience.

We have a combined 30 plus years.

You should know that you can’t be a Master at everything.

You are not a Jedi.
