Be Aware if Your Stem is Hexagonal, 4-Sided or is Threaded?


Sometimes when the rating says only for Shimano & Daiwa you can also use it on Okuma's. Something i learned years year. And on certain models of Daiwa, like the Blue series of Legalis the handle is riveted on. Something Gomexus wasn't aware of either because you'd have to now drill out that rivet.


If you have a spinning reel, say a 5K Shimano NASCI. Check Gomexus if they carry just the Power Knobs in the color you'd want and in the size you prefer. Another option is their Power Handle. Be aware on the weight & price differences. Now if you use a certain make & model more than others than it may be worth treating yourself to a customized full Power Handle over just the Power Knob replacement. It's TOTALLY up to you.
