I wonder in dog language, are they calling other dogs names when they bark? “Shut your whore mouth CoCo” I don't scoot my butt on the carpet after I poo! My dog looks at me when I call her name, certainly they call other dogs by their name but in bark form.

Both my dogs have a language they speak. Especially my GSD

My German Shepard and Dachuan'd stand and bark at each other. I think they are speaking Dog German.

I have been slowly training some of the bark out of my schnauzer. My older dog trained these 2, but since he has passed, I am getting them to do a lot better. Yappy dogs

We're surrounded by coyotes 360°. We let our Catahoula leopard dog out and when she barks at her cousins they stop howling. They know which bi12h is in charge of southern Llano County.

My neighbor to my east has a mongrel pack of 4-5 dogs that bark ALL night long. It's almost a 1/2 mile through the woods but it is still aggravating. I don't think they are trying to communicate too much other than to say "Don't trust my barking as a warning, I'm just screaming at my heartworms and the ticks on my balls."
