Can you just imagine if Jerry hadn't have went all in this year?
Too bad he couldn't get Derrick Henry back when he had the chance and Henry wanted to come to Dallas.
I will admit it was a little sad looking at Jerry's face at the end last night. Like he was shell shocked or something.

He deserves all the negativity and losing. He built the culture and the team.

I wonder if Jacksonsville would take Dak for Trevor Lawrence straight up. I'd be interested in seeing Lawrence get a shot elsewhere. He has tge talent and ability. Maybe the Owboys can package Dak and an older player like Demarcus Lawrence.
I can see Carolina, Jets, and the Raiders having some interest. Maybe even the Giants. Cowboys would get out from under the contract and with teams without a QB Maybe get some draft picks for Dak.

I have to admit, I get a perverse pleasure out of watching him squirm around in his own BS, have for several years. Besides being a football illiterate, he's a POS.... always has been.... the public record is demonstrative of this...

However, this is the first year where I literally hoped they'd lose, something I never imagined (in my wildest dreams) I'd ever feel. I simply deeply resent Jerry sucking my deep rooted love of the Dallas Cowboys right out of my soul. I always thought that they might find a way to overcome his idiocy, but, it's become readily apparent to me that it's an impossibility... not as long as he's upright.

BTW, you go read the Cowboys boards and you'll find I'm FAR from all alone....

^^^^^ Yes.
If a person is in an abusive relationship, the rational decision is to leave that situation.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones when asked on @1053thefan
about empty seats at AT&T Stadium Monday night, a large amount of Texans fans and Cowboys fans with bags over their heads: "I've seen it with most teams. I think that certainly our fans are avid. I'm disappointed that we're bringing the team that we are to the field. We got to improve on that. That's not acceptable.

"(Over the last 25 years), we've been the sixth-winningest team in the NFL. In the last 15 years, we're the fifth-winningest team in the NFL. We haven't been to the championship playoff game. We haven't been to a Super Bowl, but we've been (hanging) around that rim. And we've been up there with the best of them.

"... Rest assured we'll be figuring out ways to look for what we're doing wrong and improve on that. ... The bottom line is that we've got to get better. We will get better. There are better days ahead."

Allow me to translate....forgive all the "ah's" but they're necessary for accuracy as ANYtime the wizard is lying he'll be semi-stuttering....

"ah... ah.... ah..... for the past 25 years I have.... ah... been able to... ah... somehow.... ah.. overcome my own arrogance... ah.... and football stupidity to... ah.... again... ah.... somehow field... ah... ah... field... ah... yes that's... ah... the word.... ah.... a team that would allow me to.... ah.... con suc... ah.... our fans.... ah... out of a few billion dollars.... and I want to thank them VERY much for my state of the art turbine helicopter, my yacht, my G550, my home in Preston Hollow, as does my entire family"...

The team is starting to mail it in. Lamb's performance last night was just pathetic. Almost no effort.

When in doubt, set the hook.

If yiu break it down he is saying he's still making money so the problems are not affecting the cash flow therefore there are no problems.

The only “rim” they’ve been hanging on is the toilet rim.
