 Christmas Gift Ideas for the Wife

Every year, I struggle to come up with a good, thoughtful, creative idea for a gift for my wife for Christmas. I'm just a lousy gift giver. And she always comes up with a great gift idea for me. Normally it's something I didn't even think I wanted.
So, what's a gift you have given your wife that she really loved? I need some ideas, and I figure of all the places I could go, the TFF Off Topic room has got to be the best spot to ask for help.

I usually give my wife the big "D" and something Mackenzie-Childs. Also consult with her best friends and they let me know.
Big "D" is also $$$ deposited in to her account.

So, what's a gift you have given your wife that she really loved? I need some ideas, and I figure of all the places I could go, the TFF Off Topic room has got to be the best spot to ask for help. I’ve always had the same problem. If she was an outdoorsy person or a golfer, it would be a lot easier.

Here are a few ideas.
What does she always look at while in stores but never buys it?
What does she ask you to do with her, but seems to never happen? Trip, restaurant, etc.
Does she have any hobbies that could be refreshed, renewed, etc.? Cooking, scrap booking, baking, yoga, outdoors, etc.
Do you have any photos around the house of loved ones passed? If so, take that photo to a place that can scan, digitally enhance, and put onto canvas, or bigger photo in really nice frame.
Ask her family / friends for ideas. Just make sure you get them to promise not speak to her about it. This is a double edge sword.

James Avery jewelry. The majority is silver so it's not overly priced. Christian oriented. Genuine Texas jewelry. They have things in gold but it's priced like gold. Earrings, necklace, pendants. They also have a bunch of the charms for bracelets. They have Whataburger stuff. UT, Aggies. The quality is outstanding. I've gifted a lot of earrings. I wear some of their stuff myself. Not sure how much you intend to spend, but diamond stud earrings, an upgrade from what she might currently have, would be nice
