Forney Bass Club is discussing changing Membership Dues and Entry Fees.
I was wondering what do some of the other clubs or tournaments you fish charge?
Name of club/ Membership Dues / Boat Entry Fee (BB, championship) (side pot) / average number of boats you draw?
Forney Bass Club 35pp / 100 (10,30) no side pot / usually 25 boats 15 this year.

Our club has a $30/ year membership, $10.00 to fish a tournament and sometimes we do a pot for heavy stringer and big bass (we forget to do the pot most of the time). The average age in our club is about 60 YO so it's mainly just about getting out of our wives way one weekend each month and going fishing.

Ray Hubbard Bass Club. $30.00 membership fee that covers the entire immediate family. $80.00 per tournament fee. Big bass included. $0 entry fee to the Championship. Have to fish 5+ points tournaments and do at least one community service event during the year to qualify. Optional $10 per boat side pot for first out of the money. Average 25+ boats per tournament. We do an Open tournament which is $100 entry fee and Fish For A Cure which is $150 entry fee

Copperas Cove Bass Club, $30/year or if you join up after July it's $15. There's a discount for family members but I can't remember what that is for sure. $40 entry fee for tournaments, $5 side pot, $5 7lb pot. Usually 4-7 boats, about 10 members in the club. Championship is free for members who fished I think 6 tournaments the prior year.

Burleson Bass Established in 1972. $300 all in for 9 tournaments. 100% payback. Individual 3 fish tournaments. No worries about the payout if the weather is bad as its all paid up front for the year. We start in February and end in November. Usually 25 to 35 members. A good group of young and old.

I’ll add to what tmd said, Concho Bass Club($60 dues) averages 15 to 16 members who fish regularly. Some months though it’s more like 12.

If you don't charge entry fees then 100% payback is zero

Sorry. Let em clarify…we have no membership fee, the tourney costs varies by the type of tournament we are having. It’s 100% paid back. We don’t keep anything for using our scales, maintaining our Facebook page, or any other stuff.

I can’t believe you caught that! You are so smart! Thanks Dubee.
