I had a new 250 SHO put on my skeeter a few yrs back...checked with all the local dealers with no one able to help...Tommy at Rockwall Marine recommended JD at Shipps Marine in Gladewater..he had to put in and order to have a new one built...it came in a couple months later with 6 yrs warranty...they installed it and have serviced it ever since...one other thing I like about them is they give me same service when its due for maintenance...

Looking to replace or rebuild it? https://www.texasoutboardrebuild.com/I had East Texas Outboard rebuild my VMax a couple years ago. I was pleased with the results.

Shipp's must be doing something right they have been in business since 1955. JD is a good guy to deal with and when I need a new boat or repairs the Shipps get my business.

JD at Shipps Marine or Fred at Diamond Sports Marine. Both are 2 of the best dealers Ive ever dealt with.

I bought my new SHO at Marine Outlet in Temple Tx. They were fast, but I did have to finish the little stuff myself and redo a couple things. 
Eat. Sleep. Fish.

Shipps does all the work on my motor, and it isn't a Hammer. Been using them since the early 80's. Also my first boat was a '75 Big Daddy Sidewinder.
