Drycreek Callender is north and a little east of Murchison. Between Athens and Tyler. If it was in last 10 years it was a different lake as we do not have lilly pads or ANY vegetation at all. 365 Acres deepest is 18' near dam .Average 10 -12 feet. Gated community. Always empty lots for sale and some off water houses. The gate address is 127 Long Shadow dr if you want to google map it. If i can find where I would want to go I will be selling my place.2 br 1 bath in house and potentially 1 bath with ac in huge garage . Water is 1 block away ramp is 6 blocks away. 25 minutes to lake athens.30minutes to north end of Palestine. 1 hour 15 minutes to Lale Fork About 1 hour 20 minutes to Tawakoni 45 minutes to caney ramp on cedar creek My cell is 972 740 1243 for more info ps it comes with a herd of deer, squirels, doves and hummingbirds

We've got a place at Calendar Lake. Nice crappie and catfish in that lake. Never fished for bass but hooked a decent one last time i was crappie fishing. I hear it was a bass mecca before they killed all the vegetation.

When in doubt, set the hook.
