Just another great example of “THE” problem with the cowboys, it’s the culture Jerry has established, it’s about money, the Star on the helmet, the glitz, the endorsement, the helicopters…and not on winning. How many times was “distraction” used in that article? Jerry and his culture is the issue with this team.

Elliot is done, one of the shortest meaningful careers ever, and Jerry should of never gotten a gold jacket. Yes it should be taken away! IMOP it's a joke that he's in the HofF. He's in there for making 9 figure net worth owners into 10 figure net worth owners. It sure as h#ll isn't for his football acumen... this is spot on It's a comical way to devalue the HOF - letting in the worst organization President of all time. Primary job of president from a football standpoint is to hire a competent GM and get out of the way. Jerry has been #32 in the NFL in that respect for 25+ years. Just goes to show you - it's all about the money to all of them. I been trying to tell you that for years

funny the crew on Get Up roasted all the reasons JJ gave as to why he didn't try and get Henry. They talked about salary cap,O-line, game plan, and everything else. The bottom line Henry helps all NFL teams his season this year isn't any different then his other years. He is well on his way for a second 2000 yard season and 70% of his yards are after first contact so no o-line doesn't mean anything to henry, no game plan he makes his own. This is a 30 year old man doing this the same has he has been doing.
Get Up was good this morning Horse hockey, if the back gets hit in the backfield he has little chance to do much with the ball, go ahead and look how far Henry is across the line before first contact, I bet you will be surprised, plus the defense has to worry about another guy that can carry the ball a little, Lamar is something else. It is also a well known fact that you do not sign 29 - 30 year old backs to large contract, they just fall off a cliff, now Henry so far is the exception to that rule but there was no way for the Cowboys to know that, besides that with no line he would not be near as good, I do wish they had signed him but I do understand why they did not.

They showed clip after clip this year and other years of Henry meeting people in the backfield and up the field, and he gets pass the first contact most of the time no matter where he meets them. I am only repeating what those guys said. and has far as salary cap they were saying dallas didn't use it all anyway. They showed lots of clips to debunk Jerry excuses with actually facts. Do they or anyone really know, I would say, no unless it played out. they made the case it opens up the passing game so Dak and the receivers have break out games because of it and the Henry has his yards. They used film and good information but it as you think is still all speculation on all of our parts. I do think they were right on most of what they were saying this year is not a break out year for Henry its just what he does. He doesn't seem to slow down. They clocked him the other day at 21 MPH still pretty dang good for a has been. LOL They showed the quarterback for the Cardinals at 19 MPH for his run. I just watched it and they made some very good points.

He would have been an improvement....but Jackson makes him special again...make no mistake they showed the yards he has made over last few years with the titans who are build more like dallas and his number this year are about the same. Yes he made the ravens better but if you believe the numbers the ravens did not make Henry better he is the same guy, and will probably get a ring this year because of it, if no one gets hurt on the ravens.

Our current players play for the $$$ not for the passion. We have zero Ballers, yes even including Parsons.

Henry forces the opposing team to RESPECT the run... changes things ENTIRELY....frees up receivers, TE's, and the play action pass IS effective taking a lot of heat off Dak. Do you think the opposing teams respect and focus on the Cowboys running game??? The answer is obvious, they can't run effectively, so they double up Ceedee and putting tremendous pressure on Dak (both literally and figuratively) to get the ball OUT and in a hurry or he gets killed... etc etc etc. BTW, Jerry understood all of this back in February.... and did zip, zilch, nada to correct it. On the contrary, 2 starters off the O line walked and he resigned Zeke.... Nuff said.

Jackson makes him different...it's not debatable....he's almost 900 yards rushing right now...he rushed for 1200 last year in total....now, he makes Jackson better too, but we don't have a Jackson.....our QB wants to stand in the pocket like he's Tom Brady
