I am doing the 10 mile float trip from Rochelles and wanted to see if i could get any tips to help increase the number of fish we catch. It has been about a year since i have been on the Brazos so any info is greatly appreciated

Wondering if you were able to make the trip?

My Brazos river days are over but I’d enjoy any new reports or adventures, the Brazos below PK has special memories for me-

A couple of us went last week and had luck catching bluegill and small bass using tiny tiny jerkbaits around shoreline rocks. Minnow colors were the best. It was a fun trip, flow around 150cfs is the lowest i prefer to float the river.
