Agreed, I like ET and a couple other MLP’s

I have watched some of these on and off. Do they generate any wierd tax forms, k1s etc? I think I'm gonna buy ET today depending on open. The dividend looks solid and price targets aren't bad either. I expect the 5.3 percent on all the cash I have sitting around could dry up quickly.

ET is a limited partnership, so yes, there would be a K-1 to deal with. If you don't want that hassle look at OKE, KMI and AM, among others that are structured as Inc's.

I have a decent sized position in KMI, I'm not scared of k1s as I got them for 30 years but it does change the tax situation a bit. I wonder what happens if you hold one in an Ira account

Partnership income greater than $1,000 in a retirement account is taxable when incurred.

You might try looking at pharmaceuticals. Ones that have growing dividends. They have done very well for me. Stocks like ABBV.

I’ll add that you may look at some IT firewall security companies like PANW. Keeping hackers out of corporate networks is a huge spend and concern for companies and they’re spending a ton of money on it.

I've had NVDY for several months with Yieldmax. Nice dividend but share price drops made it pretty much a wash. Sold it last week.

This is the only correct answer mixed with some VOO and VGT. Any singular person doing anything other than this without the benefit of institutional cost funds, technology and research is just wasting time and money.

Those are ETF’s not stocks, and unless one has tens of millions of dollars, they don’t pay a sufficiently high dividend for retirees to live off of. One style of investing, as you suggest, does not fit all peoples needs for income. Although, these are great for people still investing for growth. Can’t go wrong with these…

Did you at least do a little research before you bought in? Penny stocks are super risky my friend. A quick look at their financials would show that IQST has never made a profit. Why would you buy something that is losing money every year?

It's not like I dropped a few grand on it. Someone said it was ready to take off so I spent like $50 on 200 shares.

Been in on ASTS since it was about $8 a share. Up 118% on it right now. Lots of stuff Ive looked really points towards this being a big hitter in another year or so, close to $300 a share. I buy every month.
