It's that time of the year when the Baitfish, Birds and CATFISH move up the RC Creeks into the timber and go on a Fall Feeding Frenzy! Blues and Channels can be found in the 12'-20' FOW in the timber up the Richland Creek Arm of the Lake and also in the same depths in the timber off Hickey Island on the Chambers Creek side of the Lake. Lots of smaller Eaters has been the case the last month, but as the weather and water cools, the larger Cats have started to appear. This will be the norm from now thru the Winter months. We're catching all our fish on Danny Kings and Mr. Whiskers Blood Punch Bait on a #4 Treble Hook. We throw out a few handfuls of Ranger Cubes when we arrive and usually don't have to move more than one or two times during a four-hour trip.
