It's always really good, or really bad. Seems like there is never an incident between. I grabbed some that looks great today at Costco. Hopefully it's as good as it looks. I like it on pulled pork.

It's usually very good, but there have been times it was less than tasty. Guess it's like everything else and the cook/chef does play a role in the taste.

I’d like to meet the person who thought burying some cabbage in the ground, letting it rot, then digging it back up to eat it was a good idea.

I will give it a hard pass.
