100 percent yes!  Side Note: I fished a small spot under a bridge in Southwest Texas and caught a 10.75" Rio Grande Cichlid that weighed over a pound. Places like this are hidden treasures. Enjoyed the video.

If there is water I will fish it Also using the bait that catches anything that swimms. "Jiglyf Jigs"!
