I have a rt188 aluminum the other day saw a guy with a rt 198 he had a transducer mount on his jack plate.
It hung down right about even with hulll . Wonder if that will work on my setback plate it’s a 4 inch. Gotta be better than hanging on back of transom . Anybody know who makes these? Would’ve asked but guess he was in restaurant I just came out of.

There are many vendors for those brackets , Russel Marine, Transducer Sheild and Saver, Just seach for Jackplate transducer brackets you will find many.
