I tried plaster molds with some success, I tried Silicone molds and the quality got a little better but still not what I wanted, so I'm seeing if I can use billet aluminum to make the perfect mold I need.

How do you plan to carve out the cavities? Are you a machinist? I'm curious to see how it looks after it is done.
