I just wanted to share a quick story and publicly acknowledge the tremendous customer service that I experienced from Tommy and the team out at Rockwall Marine. During practice with my stepson on Friday at Lake Palestine in preparation for his first THSBA tournament my lower unit decided to go pop. This happened around 11:15 in the morning and as we were waiting on a tow back to the boat ramp when I call Tommy just to inquire if he happened to have a gearcase for my 250 SHO. He just happened to have a new factory one on the shelf and told me that if we could get the boat there that he would get it swapped out for us and have us ready to fish Saturday. We got loaded up and drove straight from Palestine to Rockwall and arrived around 2:00 PM. We were back on the road by 3:30 with a new lower unit installed and tested. I truly appreciate this outstanding service to get us back on the water. The fishing was very tough on Saturday, but my stepson did catch a nice fish and got some valuable points! Thanks again to Tommy and the team at Rockwall Marine, you have earned all of my future business!

I've only had Rockwall Marine work on my boat for the past 24 years. Yearly tune ups, water pump impellers, replace a lower unit, a few VRO's etc. Always top notch service. There is usually a waiting list to get your boat in for maintenance so they must be doing something right. Tommy and Hayden are good folk!

I was fishing a PAA tourney on Ray Hubbard several years ago and my cranking battery crapped out on me at around 2pm and we were 6 miles or so from the ramp we had launched. With the approval of the tournament director, Bump from RW Marine brought a new battery to me and helped install it at a marina. This was on a Saturday and they were already closed for business for the day. My co angler was partially paralyzed so it would have been a challenge, if even possible for him to assist in me removing the old battery and installing a new one.

That was a gesture that most dealers would have never offered, much less delivered after hours on a Saturday.
