Lake Fork Anglers (LFA) Bass Fishing Club Tournament Results: 9/26/2024

LFA Tournament – A member’s best 5 bass 10 inches and over count towards total weight scored.

There were 28 members that fished today, with 121 bass caught and released. Sadly, all the lunkers
were either playing hard to get, or were still recovering from last weekend’s Sealy Big Bass Splash,
as there were no bass caught over 5 lbs. today..

1. Randy Bunch with 5 Bass @ 16.58 lbs.
2. Mike McWhorter with his best 5 Bass @ 12.42 lbs.
3. Richard Morris with his best 5 Bass @ 9.84 lbs.
Big Bass: Mike McWhorter @ 4.49 lbs.

1. Gary Gilmore with his best 5 Bass @ 11.93 lbs.
2. C.J. Riffle with his best 5 Bass @ 9.74 lbs.

The Lake Fork Anglers (LFA) tournaments are two-person catch and release tournaments held every
Thursday with an angler and a co-angler per boat. Anglers compete against anglers and Co-Anglers
compete against co-anglers.

Two club tournament formats are rotated weekly.
• LFA – best 5 Bass over 10”
• Hard Core – all Bass over 10”
Members are mostly seniors, with membership open to all persons who are physically able to fish and function
