I do wish you would give us an update on the results of their “hashing it out” with their insurance. I’ve been through this several times and never really had a reasonable resolution. It would be interesting to know if some folks are successful.

Will do. I sat in on speaker phone on some of the conversations between the insurance company adjuster and my neighbor and this adjuster has not one clue. Finally it will be referred to the company's liability.
