Anyone recognize this Lake ?

I fished here yesterday afternoon for the first time, caught a few small fish.
Also fished another lake nearby in the morning.

A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated.

Looks like the other Kayak Dan knows his lakes,

The little lake has pads all the way around but I had a tough time getting them to bite.
Could have been the bluebird sky with no clouds that had some impact on the lockjaw.

Fished Bois D'Arc in the morning and only slightly better but did find some real nice areas for spring fishing next year and beyond

On the way home I drove down Hwy 34 where Ralph Hall Lake is coming along, you can see the Sulpher River in the picture,
which should help to fill it quickly once ready.

All three lakes plus Coffee Mill are in the same general vicinity.

Well, I was close. Interestingly, I've never fished Crockett, but have fished Coffee Mill.
