Getting way too many these days and it's only getting worse. How can I stop this without actually putting in my e-mail to stop e-mails which seems stupid to me. I know they send out millions hoping one idiot will reply and I don't want to be that idiot. So are you using a program/app or what? STOP the madness.

Keep on blocking the sender……that’s all I know to do. The political texts on my phone is what’s really wizzing me off currently

My spam blocker for my gmail account gets most of the Spam. Maybe adjust your spam filet parameters to pick up the spam emails better? Like TexDawg, it's the text messages that is driving me crazy. 20+ a day! Block the number and they just come from a different number! ARG!

Pretty much all providers will have a Report as SPAM option that will "learn" which emails you don't want, but they take a bit to get going and they aren't perfect.
Most will also have rule-based blocking, which is much more effective. You can block a certain sender, block certain phrases or words in the subject or body (viagra, etc.), and similar. The downside is that you have to take the time to create each rule, but once it's set up it's pretty much bulletproof.
Without knowing what provider you have (GMail? ISP? Google business? Microsoft business? Rackspace?) and how you access your email (phone? desktop? webmail?), it's impossible to give specific instructions.

I reported one to BBB and BBB closed it with no resolution, but they required me give them my email. They also gave my email to the company I reported. I ended up having to go through my company to change my email address as immediately following my report, I started getting thousands of emails a day.

I have started sending them to my “Move to Junk” folder in my email and it seems to route similar emails to trash without appearing in my In Box.

Pretty sure if I cashed in all my free gifts from Harbor Freight, I'd basically own a whole store.

I blame Google for marketing emails. They increase when I am more active on Google looking for something. I just unsubscibe or mark as spam, delete and move on. I got 1 today for A Place for Mom. Not sure why I got that 1.
