Depends...outside about $100. Covered with electric about $130...but could go up to $400. Not really near a lake though.

Years ago I figured out it was cheaper to go ahead and build my own garage. I was paying 200.00 a month (if I paid for a year up front) for a gated storage room with electric for charging. Middle TN is on par with Houston with Californians headed our way for jobs. Most everything real estate has exploded in price since then.

$175 for covered with a plug in. About a mile from the house then 2 miles back to the ramp which makes it convenient

$137.50/month for the rv with cover, 1 side and back, if I pay the full year in advance. Otherwise $150. Open in front and to the neighbor on the other side. Guessing about 36-38'. Has electric but they ask to use only for repairs. Only two hours from the nearest lake.

Zero. I built a double swing gate, poured a pad, and installed a metal carport in my backyard.

I bet my storage at Rayburn is close to 200 a month, canโ€™t recall. 12x28 with light and a plug.

Thanks, Billy

Next door neighbor here in E. Tennessee is exploring this option... Says anywhere from $99 - $200 inside, no electric... Outside is pretty consistent, $99 a month... Dan
