Funny. Tim Walz was going 100 mph while driving drunk and was arrested. He's white.

He makes 30 mil per year. Roll your window down, say yes sir to anything he asks. Pay your $300 ticket and go help your team win a football game. For someone who makes 100 k per year, it's the equivalent of a $1 fine!! Let that sink in!! Play stupid games, WIN stupid prizes.

Hill has a questionable history going back for years of dealings with the law. Seems like you would just do what the cop says and go on down the road. It’s just not in his DNA.

If that was a white dude driving the car, saying the exact things T. Hill said and acting the same way, do you think the cops would have responded the same way?

IMO, absolutely yes they would. This has nothing to with race at all. Act like a [censored] when a cop stops you and you are going to smell the pavement.

If it had been a white nobody, he would have been in jail until Monday.

My thoughts exactly.

Now I have seen a few clips from the body cams. The first interaction when they initially pulled him out of the car was 100% justified. Later when he was standing at the curb and they took him down because he couldn't sit... that was flirting with the line of excessive. I still don't see it as racially motivated though.

As always in this type of situation, there was one person who had 100% control of the narrative from start to finish, and that was T. Hill. Had he rolled his window down and complied with the LEO's directives, he would have driven away with a ticket in his glove box. He chose a different path, and that is his fault, not the cop's.

He’s a heck of a nfl receiver. Off the field can’t seem to stay out of trouble. I think his fantastic attitude with the officers helped….lol.

If he gave the info required to the officer he can absolutely roll the window back up- zero law against that it’s not obstruction. Officers are supposed to de escalate no reason for that- sure Hill was acting a clown but Cops have to have thicker skin

Not about obstruction. It’s about officer safety. He can’t see Hill through the dark tinted window.

Hill is a tool. “Fearing for his life” is ridiculous. A bunch of people right there.

When they sat him down he fought that too, saying something about his recent knee surgery.
I looked and could not find any recent surgery. Now several articles are coming up about that apparent lie.

Agree. Even Steven smith called him out.

I think Hill was being a tool but the one officer was more than a little overly aggressive as well.i don't condone it but being g rude to an officer is not a crime. Its also not the officer's place to try and teach any manners or life kesson tom just enforce the law. That officer let Hill get under his skin. Chances are high he is disciplined and possibly loses his job.
I don't think deserved any special treatment but you gotta know once you figure out who you have stopped just don't get drawn into his silliness as people were recording

Playing the pity party stuff that Hill and his agent are doing is sad. Hill knows he was wrong and acted a fool. He just thinks he is above the law. It sucks that his charged probably end up dismissed.
