I don't think that it is in my range of emotions. I can't remember ever being offended.

Not that i can think of, I’ve been embarrassed, pizzed off, happy, sad etc-

YES....
My neighbor did not want to sign a waiver that we could access his yard to build our pool. He signed it but I was offended that he thought I would not make him whole if things went astray.
I was OFFENDED! lol and pissed

I try not to take anything personally and usually just consider the source. Being an off white Native American with a ton of engineering experience and a good command of the King’s english, I have had all kinds of off the wall comments directed at me, but I don’t recall ever having been offended because I was usually able to snap back a response that was appropriate fir the situation.
My old neighbor, on the other hand, wore his heart on his dleeve and got butt hurt over the smallest thing. He was an oil field worker and I was amazed at how wounded he got when he misinterpreted a comment I made casually. I am glad he moved away and even more glad that I was not like him

Offended is a very light word for times when someone really pushed the limit. People say hate is a strong word but well deserving of some I've met. I wish bad things on some of them.
