I have a 12V 50Ah LiTime battery that I use to run my Garmin 106sv, black box, and LVS32 transducer. I haven't had any issues with it so far. I plan to buy LiTime lithium batteries for my trolling motor once the lead-acid batteries wear out. I'm not exactly sure if I can get by with two 12V 50Ah batteries or if I would need two 12V 100Ah batteries for the trolling motor (24V Ultrex). I will do more research and decide on that when the time comes. If I remember correctly, the last time I checked their website, I could get two 12V 50Ah batteries and a two-bank charger for less than $500, maybe even $450 after tax. The batteries come with a 5-year warranty, so I think it's worth a shot.

Always be sure to read the fine print and pro-rate tiers of a battery warranty. They can vary a lot.

Dakota would be the last lithium battery I’d ever buy. Outside of their crappy reputation for customer service they used to claim that they were made in the USA. Caught in that lie they changed to assembled in USA. News flash, there’s not a single LiFoPO4 marine battery out there with made in the USA cells. They all come from China

The specs say that the max it pulls is 42 amps, so I thought it would be ok. I asked their customer service to be sure, and they said no. I'm thinking that it was most likely a case of the CS rep not really knowing, but I wasn't going to buy it with them saying it wouldn't work. Amazon had the same size Eco-worthy on sale for $100 each so I bought them. They have been cycled about 40 times without an issue. I would have bought a LiTime 24 volt but it wouldn't fit in my boat compartment. I've got several LiTime batteries in use and they have all been flawless so far.
