Wont really effect the pulling of a boat if that is what you may be worried about.

Just about every truck looks better with a lift and bigger wheels/tires.

Lifted trucks "can" look ok IMO if done properly. 3" lift or less with no rim offsets and a taller tire that does not go out beyond the wheel weel can look good. The ones where owners think much bigger or wider is better and have huge rim offsets with tires that stick out past the wheel wells or flares look ghey to me. That said to each their own.

I think a leveling kit is plenty. Don't forget an alignment.

I used to level my truck and put a larger sized tire on. Some I did wheels too. Last two trucks I've left bone stock. Just doesn't thrill me as much anymore.

That is what I did on Tundra. 2" on front using Bilstein 6112 coilovers. Just wanted to get the nose up. I like to be able to reach into my bed without getting out a step stool or ladder. On a Tundra 3"+ and you really need to do a diff drop and possibly replace UCAs.

3 inch lift kit is a leveling kit in most cases, especially in HD models. 4 In you start to replace springs and need drop brackets. But go for it.

I'm not a huge fan of tires sticking out either, but mine do about 2 inches, and is what was needed to clear everything. I think mine is well within then the mild scale of tires sticking out.. I don't like to run the 13.5 wide tires for this same reason. I have a 4 inch on my 21 F250.

a true lift kit will add value when u resale, something bout a lifted truck that make people become less cheap. Sure not everyone wants one, but those that do will pay more for it.

My truck and my wife’s Jeep are lifted, almost a requirement for where we hunt. Only downside is my truck won’t fit in the garage and I can see a time, when I’m older, that I’ll have to lower it.

My F250 is stock and won't clear my 7' garage entrance.
