Considering them myself. Friend of mine is a manager at Discount Tire. Feedback he's gotten so far is wet traction is a thousand times better, that was a weak spot for the KO2's. Supposedly quieter and don't kick up small rocks and pebbles as bad.

They were OEM on my TRDPro. The originals lasted 28,000 miles. I bought a second set from Discount Tire. They had them cheaper than our tire supplier. They lasted 30,000 miles with rigorous rotations and rebalancing. I said enough is enough. I bought Toyo AT/3. They lasted 70,000 miles and were made in USA. Went to buy them recently and they tripled in price (FJB). Now I have the cheapest Chinese [censored] made…..they have 20,000 miles on them and still look “ok”.
The BFG are horribly overrated.
Mine were 285/65-20

Supposedly quieter and don't kick up small rocks and pebbles as bad. The KO3’s were marginally better in wet than the KO2. Very slightly better.

Mine were 285/65-20 I don't like the idea of 30k and then replace. I am a stickler for rotations and vehicle maintenance in general. I was getting 50-60 k out of the the K02's but on wet pavement they were pathetic. I will have Discount show me the Toyo's. The tires will be going on an F250, and I am prepared for tire sticker shock.

The tires I have now are Atturo Trail Blade AT. They are about the worst tire I’ve ever had. But they were cheap. The things ride like a brick. They do have good wet traction though. The sidewalls are super stiff.

The sidewalls are super stiff. I'll agree with you on the KO2's. Switched to them 10 years ago on my Super Duty because they were the flavor of the day back then, Got over 80k on Duratracs and never a traction issue. The KO2's would break loose in the rain using the cruise control to accelerate. Then switched to a Raptor which come with KO2's but in load range C. Wet traction still sucked and they were shot in 40k miles. I'll need new rubber within the next year so hopefully we'll have some longer term reviews on the 3's by then.

I'm really digging the MIckey Thompson Baja Boss tires, I switched from BFG on my Ram's and just put them on all my Fords and my little GMC, they have been wearing great and their wet traction is awesome they really shine off-road where I do a majority of my driving. My tire guy recommend them when I needed some tires and he didn't have the BFG's in stock and I'm super glad he did.

Doing some more looking and still considering the K03's. I like the looks of the Yokohama Geolander but the 45k warranty has me wondering. Thinking Nitto with 55k warranty or Toyo AT 3 with 50 K warranty but ouch to the 435$ each on the Toyo. These get good reviews for those putting on full sized trucks

My first set of K02's lasted 80k, my second set lasted 100k miles with drivable tread still on them. I'm sticking with them. On my 3rd now.

I liked them but the more they wore past 55k the worse they got on wet streets especially asphalt. They weren't worth the safety risk beyond that. Even with 10k miles they weren't great on wet asphalt roads. Just my experience and opinion with them of course.

The Goodyears they put on the Chevy Silverado don't last past 25,000 miles .
