Guy's wife is throwing a Labor Day weekend/Husbands birthday party.
2 years ago when he turned 50 she brought in Heart, Kansas and Cheap Trick. This year it's 38 Special, ZZ Top and Jason Aldean. I can't imagine what they pay to bring these groups in, and I do realize some are out dated with a few members gone, but It still can't be cheap.
It will be in Lynn Creek Cove at a Lake House this Sunday evening. So all you speedercreeek folks go pull up in the cove and witness a heck of a party.

I would imagine it would be at least $30,000. Wouldn’t suprise me if it was triple that.

Google says the cost to hire Jason Aldean is 999,999-1,499,999
But I imagine that's to bring the whole show to like a state fair or something.

Just say Jason is 1.2, ZZ Is 3-500k, 38 special is 1-200k. That's one expensive concert to go to.

Oldest daughter’s wedding about 10 years ago, took place at her in-laws ranch. In the wedding planning, it was asked, what band for entertainment? Husbands parents suggested ZZTop. They inquired, and it was $250,000, plus perks, to play wedding gig. Hubands parents are not just rich, they are wealthy, and probably would have paid the fee, and I think they really wanted ZZTop. Daughter and son in law settled on Reckless Kelley, for $15,000, and perks.
