If you bought your home in the last couple years and you have a VA or FHA mortgage, below is what I posted on FB today, and I wanted to share it here too. I have closed mortgages for several TFFers over the years, including a purchase for a young man and his wife just last week. You can find me on Google with reviews and my website is www.ryangibsonmortgages.com.Did you buy your home in the last couple of years with an FHA or VA loan? If your current interest rate is in the high 6's, 7's, or higher, now is the perfect time to take advantage of recent rate drops and **streamline refinance** your loan. ✅ No appraisal needed ✅ No income or asset documents required ✅ No credit qualifying necessary Rates began trending down in late April, and we saw a significant drop at the end of July. While they’ve leveled out since, the opportunity is still here & if you are waiting to time the market at it's lowest, that may be right now. Don’t miss your chance to lower your rate and save on your monthly payments. Reach out today to see how much you could save with a quick and hassle-free streamline refinance.

Rates are always subject to each persons specific situation, like loan amount, credit score and other variables, so it would depend on what you guys were doing, but I just this morning locked a VA Streamline refinance for a client at 5.5%.
Happy to help however I can.
