Seattle lost 3-0 to the Dodgers. The Astros now have a five game lead in the division, six games in the loss column, with 38 to go.

This team has been decimated by injuries but is still pulling away in the division. Yainer Diaz is showing why so many of us were disgusted with Dusty Baker's insistence on playing Martin Maldonado, the worst hitting catcher in baseball...actually worst hitting player at any position...the last couple of years.
I guess now the question is why Chas McCormick is still on the club and getting at-bats. He's worse than Maldonado was last year.
