Took my boat out today after adding 2 Talons and it was a little longer to get on plane. No big deal I thought maybe work with the trim and backplate a little or take plugs out of prop. On the way back in I idled over to a lane about 10 minutes then went to get on plane and rpm’s stuck around 3300. Tried a couple more times no good. Engine was surging a little when going just a little faster than idle. Next I got an alarm for starboard shift switch? Could this be the culprit to the rpm’s or something else? Is it easily replaced? I got a tournament in 3 weeks and would like to be ready. Thanks guys any help is appreciated.
