Bottom line is this. When you are asking a buyer to spend close to $100k on boats. You need to give them choices when buying. And not just 4 or 5 color options. I agree 100%

Trying to make was is old new again? Nothing beats “autumn gold” or “avocado” colors from the 70’s. Autumn gold metalflake with avocado green shag with fast dry fibers and anti bacterial backing on the front and back decks. Perfect for catching every treble on deck.

Yamaha has owned Skeeter for almost 29 years. How much color customization did they allow in 1996 and prior? Pick any color. Could also up until, I can't remember exactly, somewhere around 2012.

I only know of two bass boat manufacturers that let you pick the any colors without an additional charge... Bullet and Norris Craft... Now if you go off the deep end color wise they'll make you pay for the hull before it goes into production but they'll build to your taste or lack of taste... I was at the Bullet factory last year and they had a bullet sitting in the finishing area that was sorta kinda chartreuse in color and made a remark to Tom that chartreuse is the new teal. He said that not chartreuse it's Jeep green. Apparently Jeep has a new green. He said the guy came to the factory with a color sample that he wanted. Tom said it took them about a month to make the match, they sent a 12x12 sample to the customer with the stipulation that it's paid for before it goes into production... Had Mac Crumley at Norris Craft tell us the same thing many years ago. Crazy colors, cash up front... Allison boats has expanded their color options over the years but they still will not make a boat with metal flake... Dan

Phoenix boats always has some crazy color schemes. I honestly didn't think that was an add for them. It can't big that big of an upcharge with how many wild boats you see.

I know when I ordered my 2023 basscat I did not pay extra for the colors that I chose. Maybe it's built into the price of the upper level boats.
