In the garage because of the mess. Dripping juice, splattering juice can be messy. Father-in-law has a mini split system in the garage with a 12" floor drain and sloped floor. It was 61 degrees and raining, kinda cool so Pops warmed the garage up to 72 and we ate our dozen lobster. . About $150 Canadian from the fish house.(boiled and chilled). That's drawn butter in the little pot.

Hose down the garage and table when done.

Definitely a treat for me.

The look on your face as a butcher and chef knife lays at arms length.

That's the picture of pictures.

My wife pan fried/ cooked potatoes, yellow sweet onion and HEB Hill Country Fare Smoked Sausage Links, cut up .

I then placed 4 slices of HEB Pepper Jack Cheese across the top, drizzle with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
and placed in the microwave for 60sec, long enough for the cheese to melt, then I went over it with my cooking torch.

Oh, and the sausage was beef

Spent the evening with the family at a church event last night. Got a mild case of bubble guts from charred hotdogs that were raw in the middle. They started frozen and pretty much stayed frozen. HAHAHAHAH

Man, all that food looks great. I'm back on Noom trying to get back down to 185. I did it a year ago, and then stopped Noom and a year later hit 209. Tonight, wife is making chalupas with her pintos and fried corn tortillas. Heck, the highest calorie thing on that meal will be the cheese I put on it.
