My Humminbirdpc program will not sync with Google earth. Anyone else having that issue?

Watch the video from Russell marine if you miss one of the steps it will not sync properly and will mess up the map on your unit so you will have to do a factory reset if that happens, hope this helps

I finally called Humminbird support. It took about 10 minutes for a very nice lady to get me synched.
She was a crappie fisherwoman. LOL!!
