treated; built it in 2017; added 6" for a little more depth;

was thinking the same concept but 3-2x6 tall. 4 or six 8'x4' beds. just be a lot of dirt to fill them.

since i had the landscape fabric down, i had to go UP more; if you have SOIL under the beds, till it up and 6" might work; 4" isn't enuf for me

i was gonna make them that height for ease on my back. gonna put them in my existing garden so there is dirt on the bottom. got the lumber free so thats a plus! magged out, i was thinking of some other filler like that on the bottom. tree branchs and leaves and maybe some of the black gumbo soil in my yard. thanks for the replies.
